Prizes - a Google social web contest
Google quietly launched Prizes.org, a social contest website, during Fourth of July weekend. The website is operated by Slide, a social gaming company that Google acquired last year. MINI Maps: Google Maps Racing Advergame
Mini France has just launched a Social / Google Maps mash-up advergame called “Mini Maps“. It’s a Facebook app that lets you customise a virtual MINI and then challenge Facebook friends to time trials around the world through a Google Maps mash-up, which basically has you racing your friends over satellite images of your favourite locations.
You can also create your own tracks before inviting Facebook friends into the race, or simply join random challenges from around the world as you find them.

Path
Its been around a little while now, but the fact that its still around (albeit quietly) and the fact they are hiring makes me want to being this to your attention.
Path is a social network, kind of like Facebook but at the same time very much not like Facebook.
With a limit of 50 friends you can create a private and personal network, and share what you want to the people who are meant to see it.
Mind you, it doesn’t cut you completely off from the real world, Facebook connectivity come attached.
Museum of Me - By Intel
There have been a lot of Facebook ‘books’ of late, but nothing quite like this.
A visual walk through of yourself, laid out in a museum of imagery and has been executed extremely well. Well worth 3 minutes of your time, and you don’t even have to spam everybody with it like most things that link up to Facebook these days!
